The purpose of the IASNR Mentor Program is to link students and new professionals with experienced IASNR members so members early in their careers can get advice and assistance from a more experienced professional. Anyone participating in this program as a mentor or and mentee should expect to commit a minimum of one hour per month and to respect each other’s time and effort, and not unduly tax the other member. Mentor pairs may choose to communicate via email or telephone.
